Buyers are not required to attend a preview event, but I highly recommend checking one out before signing a sales contract. This informal preview gives you an opportunity to view all the available options, make sure there is something to suit your style and budget, and ask questions about your specific floor plan or community.

Let your furniture and decor do the talking, and remember, sometimes all it takes for a whole-home refresh is some new paint and accessories. Builders may get discounts for buying in bulk, and I found that for most items I researched, KB Home did pass the savings on to the buyer.
